Our resort's culinary team invites you to prepare authentic Thai dishes, to surprise your guests at home with the tricks and secrets from the professionals. We will take you on a culinary journey during an eventful afternoon in the open kitchen of our Pool House, overlooking the Andaman Sea.


THB 2,000 per person including two traditional Thai dishes, a glass of Thai wine and a Hyatt apron. 


Menu A (Tuesday)           

Stir - fried rice noodle with shrimps

Spicy papaya salad

Chicken coconut galangal soup

Water chestnut with coconut milk syrup


Menu B (Friday)

Spicy pomelo salad

Thai green chicken curry

Spicy soup with prawn and lemon grass

Bananas in coconut milk


• The classes take place on Tuesday and Friday from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm.

• Classes are limited to a maximum of five (5) adults.

• One day advance reservation is required

• Price is subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT
